Weeds be gone?

So yeah, since my last blog I put down the right kind of weed killer and now there are very few weeds. I am going to win this battle! That is all for now! Toddles!

April Showers Brings May Flowers

April showers brings May flowers, is how the saying goes, but what if you don't get a lot of rain in the month of April? Do the flowers still come? One thing for sure is that the weeds at my house are in full bloom. I thought I put down some weed killer down in the Fall but it was more of weed feeder. It took me over a year to get the weeds under control and almost gone for a moment there, but they came back with a vengeance! The crab grass is what has really gotten bad, along with the dandelions and other weeds. I guess the process starts all over again.

I will win this battle of the weeds and hopefully in the Fall I can put the right stuff down on the lawn to stop all of this madness!

Painting, painting, painting

We are in the process of painting our house. We figured that after a year that it was about time to get some work done on the house. Nothing major just, painting and re insulation of doors. I am not a fan of painting and it is going very slow. We hoe to be done in about a week and a half.
