Old Testament Flashback - Return to Jerusalem

We made it! We finally completed our study of the Old Testament! It was a great study and I think that the students have learned a lot on how things were leading up to the Messiah and how it impacted the surroundings of Christ. Here are the slides as we looked at the Return to Jerusalem.

Old Testament Flashback- Daniel

We are almost done with our Old Testament study, only one more week left. This week we looked at the life of Daniel and how he was a remnant of Israel in Babylon and how God did not forget his people and used Daniel, as well as Ezekiel to sustain His people. Old Testament Flashback- Fall of Jerusalem

We are in the home stretch for our study of the Old Testament. We looked at the Fall of Jerusalem and what was the cause of it. We also discussed how God warned His people of their decision to worship idols but also told them that He would still love them and reconcile them. Here are the slides from last nights talk.

Old Testament Flashback- A Divided Kingdom

This week we were back looking at the Old Testament and studied the Kingdom of Israel that was divided into the Northern Kingdom of Israel and the Southern Kingdom of Judah. We discussed how God's people forgot about him and how he warned them not to stray away from Him, but they did anyway. Here are the slides from last nights talk.
